Just recently, news came out from The New York Times about an article that 3 bloggers died from blogging. Here’s what they wrote in the article
Two weeks ago in North Lauderdale, Fla., funeral services were held for Russell Shaw, a prolific blogger on technology subjects who died at 60 of a heart attack. In December, another tech blogger, Marc Orchant, died at 50 of a massive coronary. A third, Om Malik, 41, survived a heart attack in December.
When I read about that, it was sure a very shocking news to hear and I think it kind of truth that most bloggers including myself spent lots of our time on the computer reading and typing blog posts that we tend to gain weight pretty easily
I thought it would be great that you guys too should read the article from The New York Time here to be aware of the dangers of working too much
After reading that post, I have decided now to fix a daily schedule to walk with my dog more often or maybe exercise more often as working at home is truly very addictive to work all the time as your office is just next to your bed

Well, they could be coincidental, but any way, the news is a good alert to us, bloggers , to spend more time enjoying the greeneries, while possible and admire the roses.
Even though I’m only starting out I think this is something to think about. Take a few minutes away from the computer go outside and get some fresh air. It certainly can’t hurt any of us.
As a blogger, we should always take care of our health. Sitting in front of computer for long hours could damage our health in the long run. It is important to balance our blogging life and the normal lifestyle.
It is indeed very sad. They put too much undo stress on themselves.
This only spells no matter what job u do, u still need plenty of rest. Even if it is a job from home.
