About Secrets To Dominate Your Niche
When Sant first past me a copy I was really amazed by the amount of content he added in to the book. It has a total 310 pages in the book which explains in great details about how you can really outwit, outsell and outperform your biggest business competitors and dominate your niche immediately!
A bit about who Sant Qiu is, he is an entrepreneur and highly sought-after Profit Strategist who specializes in helping small -to medium-sized businesses radically increase their profits really fast! Amoung some of his big clients which he helped to build up their brands were Adam Khoo and Dennis Wee who is a self-made millionaire entrepreneur.
So Sant really knows his stuff guys, if you really interested to know how to dominate your niche in any market regardless offline or online do get this book! I highly recommend it!
For instance, in page 183 I have learn lots of great tips where Sant shared about you can expand your circle of influence with people around and increase your brand. The most interesting part was, I know for a fact the only way you can learn this before the book was launch was only through his coaching program which people pay thousands of dollars for and now you are getting it all in just one book! I got to kill Sant for exposing so much secrets in the book.. haha.
For Thomas Fernandez, he is also someone with lots of experience in business which he is currently the Chairman and CEO of PestBusters Pte Ltd which in Singapore today is the No.1 Brand as his company has managed to dominate 95 percent of the highly competitive high-end market of the pest control industry!
In page 235 of the book Thomas reveals how he clinched a coveted major contract with a well-known 5-star hotel in Singapore, his company’s first major client, in spite of being the “unproven” newcomer in the pest control industry. I have not really gone through the whole book to give it a really great review on it yet, but I have read about 4 chapters in the book already and what I really love about the book is how open Sant and Thomas were into sharing real secrets on how do they build up their businesses. Not only that, there are numerous examples which you can also use to follow and use for your business. Also, to make things even better, in most of the chapters there are also action steps given in the book.
Unlike many books you buy at the bookstore this is one book that really delivers great solid content showing you in great detail how you can dominate your niche

As I am a web developer too, I also try to develop some of the useful tools that can really help people within the business in order to differentiate myself from the rest.

I would dominate my niche by providing the latest info on investments and diseases and info related to insurance and financial planning, which i see is lacking as a one-stop info centre. I have heard from a guru that there are 8 channels for making money with a web site. I have only had this web site up for about two months. Honestly, I just started out about 6 months ago in serious blogging within a niche that is really hard to crack. Well, I’m not really “dominating” the niche well, but I’ve been getting mighty fine results from all the things I learned from your own Atomic Blogging book and from many other marketing sources that I trust.
I guess that I just went through it and keep at it, trusting that my business will give me freedom someday. And honestly, I think that a win to own a copy of Thomas and Sant’s book will help me very much.

As a part-time-pro-blogger I differentiate myself according to the kind of monetizing strategy I use.
Unlike keeping a low profile for my niche sites, I make sure to buzz about my non niche sites.
But an overal strategy is making sure my visitors will find what they are looking for.
On my make money blog I differentiate myself and the blog as a case-study in stead as a “guru expert”. Each month I show my earnings, that are compared to John Chow and Alvin Phang quiet low, therfore much closer to the experience of other new parttime probloggers in the making.

I believe in helping others become successful in IM no matter what niche they actually decide to use to get started.
Most people see the Big Guy`s the “Gurus” at the top of the tree and are inhibited from getting things done because they think they couldn`t be like them, they forget that the “Gurus” of today had to start somewhere themselves, they weren`t born Internet Marketers, they just developed their strengths to take them to where they are now.
Everyone has something to offer to this world, it`s just the case of finding out what that subject or topic is and developing it.
There are so many various ways to do this these days, you have taken the concept of ‘Blogging’and developed your own system and made it the success it is.
Audio and Video are other prime examples of how you can leverage what you know and take it to the next level and if you can combine them with other Web 2.0 services like Squidoo for example, you can have a very powerful system.
People just need to ‘believe’ in themselves and take that first step and do something!!!. There are an awful lot of marketers out there who are not considered ‘Gurus’ and don`t want to be and they make very comfortable livings from this business.
There is a ‘learning curve’ with anything in life, you have to do something, success won`t come and ‘knock on your door’, you have to find a way to ‘knock on it`s door` and when that door opens you barge right on through it and never look back.
If someone reading this post decides to take action them self and gets started trying to ‘knock on the door of opportunity’ then that`s a bonus in itself for me an for you.
You can never stop learning from people like Thomas, Sant and yourself in this game or in anything else you do, so their book would give me more knowledge, that I in turn could pass on to others through my sites and products.
So no matter who you choose to have a copy of the book, I hope they appreciate what it contains and actually read it and act upon what they learn and not just put it on a shelf somewhere to gather dust.

I differentiate myself simply by being myself. I think it’s incredibly important to write and express in your own voice.
I see too many people modeling other people and it is very obvious. Bloggers that write in their own voice, expressing their own opinions and ideas will attract readers that like their style. And that style is easy to maintain because it is natural and even easier to sell to.
I get emails from readers saying they like my style, but it took over 12 months to build that readership… so the secret is to persevere!
I would love a copy of this book, as new information like this is extremely valuable to further help me dominate in my niche.

I have set up a website and tried the various approaches to generate traffic and make conversions for the past few months.
I am not into a very unique niche so competition is plentiful but this is an area where I am comfortable and confident to start off with.
To be honest, after reading about it in the papers, I actually dropped by a few book shops but did not see them on the shelf yet, since last weekend.

Well I feel that to dominate a niche you firstly have to be honest and be yourself. Its like if people like you for being you or not! Also research your competition and find what it is that there customers are asking for that your competition is perhaps not providing – and then provide it. Or if you have something to offer their clients then perhaps approach them as a JV – so its a win win.
However to dominate my nice I feel that by having Sants’ and Thomas’new book would definately help me to achieve this, I am currently building an online bookstore and also have a traditional Candle Making Business where I am looking at expanding into a studio and start candle making classes. I would love to know how to approach the big resorts to run classes as part of their all paid holiday packages (especially on rainy days).

How do I dominate the market? First goal was achieved with small steps, and having achieved that there is a bigger goal in mind.
6 months ago I swapped my site over from just a plain website to a ‘membership style site:

Over the last two years I have been able to get it into a great position (#2) in Google with the search phrase free hypnosis scripts ‘to make your own self hypnosis recordings’.
The members sign up for the information, confirm their email address and I am slowly building a list.
To make the site attractive to members, I have free ‘VIP” membership which includes access to a lot of free hypnosis scripts on site, a page that has around 250+ links to Free Hypnosis Scripts and 199 page eBook of scripts a lot more eBooks, a subliminal affirmation software programs and a other things. As well people can submit articles, video, write reviews & testimonials (both with back links) and a Hypnosis Online Excellence Award
Why free? Because there are some sites that are charging dollars for the scripts that were originally put into the public domain.
I finance the site with Adsense & a few select affiliate programs although I do have an upgraded members ‘PRO’membership that simply allows PRO members to connect with my members, for the annual sum of $27. This allows it to be affordable but keep out most of the spammers. It is paying its way, although all revenue is being reinvested – covering the cost of hosting, purchasing additional programs and knowledge such as Atomic Blogging – but it is certainly not a living wage.
While, Free Hypnosis Scripts is a very useful search term it is still not the best.
My next goal is to get my website to page one for the Search term hypnosis – a big ask but that will be rewarding when I get onto the first page!
My next strategy is to blow my opposition away with Atomic Blogging. I will do things that against what my competitors do(They are the majority who is so call going after a niche market which is no longer a niche. Therefore, I will sell things that most peoples think is not niche.
If i’m successful in differentiating myself with the my “competitors”, I’ll read through this book and release another new book which have totally opposite ideas.

To dominate my niche, first I need to know what my niche market is…
I’m currently running a blog targeting the work from home and parenting market which can be competitive but fun. While modeling successful bloggers, I’m also trying to develop my own style of writing and presentation to differentiate myself from my peers. To be different, I feel is not just about SEO and site design, but how you communicate with your readers to gain trust and respect. As well as how you create an active community. Well, I guess a couple of the ways I differentiate myself from the other Internet Marketers is in an online e course I offer all my subscribers when they sign up. It is at the moment 100 short “Pure Content” tips and strategies for internet success.
I have had some readers comment about the fact that I am not bombarding them with offers. ( I send them offers through my monthly newsletter and weekly update ) The e course stands alone and comes about every 3 – 4 days, takes about 2 minutes to read and each one is a proven technique or startegy to help them market online.
I would love a copy of the new book so I can find other ways to set myself apart and make more online.

To differentiate yourself from competitors, you have to come out alternative strategies that your competitors haven found yet.
This means you’ve to do alot R&D, knowing your competitors weak points, creating a formula that will enhance your products or services.
A powerful tool that some companies used,
for E.g.,Nokia uses the Market Segmentation to differentiate each of their product.This is called product differentiation.
Product Differentiation involves firm’s using different marketing
mix activities to help consumers percevie the product as a link between various buyers’ needs and organization.
So,what I would do to make my E-books sell well, I will cater to different markets’ needs, from Tech savvy teens, working class, seniors who knew nothing abt the internet.
Thus,I will come out with different catergories and standard of terms used in my ebook.By doing this, I’m reaching out to all the people to use my product and indicating that my product is user friendly.Customer will not be contemplating if they are able to understand or to be able to use the skills taught in the book.
Next, I believe that e-books are easily attainable through stealing the urls.To prevent this, I would create a dialog box that would enquire each user’s email and password whom have already paid for my product.
The last step I take,is to ensure good customer relationship. I would setup a support page with plu-ins which customer can upload snapshots of their windows to show where they’re stuck with and how to solve technical glitches.
Furthermore,I would setup a review page for customer who wanted to sell their e-books.This will then make them feel assured that they’re guaranteed sales ofd their e-books.
Alvin,if you were to give me that book, I would apply their strategies to better my knowledge and my mindset.I’m sure that the book will have a few chapters on how to have good public relationship which is very essential to business.
That’s the reason why I wanted that book badly.

Solving other people’s problem! When there are problems, it means demand!
Majority of the people don’t like/hate/avoid problems, and if someone that can help to remove it in the shortest possible time, He will be in high DEMAND!
Problems are everywhere. The idea here is to get so good at solve that problem, that no one but you can solve it. By doing so, you created a name for yourself, made the money and a niche that’s belonging to you.
Tips – Just do what you are good at, and go to peoples who are weak at.

Even though I started my online business about a year ago, I still have a lot to learn. Currently I’m promoting Ewen Chia’s product and no sales yet. Waaaa….! But it’s okay as you said learn from the mistakes. I read your life story and the truth is it’s giving me a motivation to achieve what you achieved.
How do I differentiate from my competitors?
To be different from my competitors is to win sales against my competitors. Sometimes we need to clone our competitors who is doing well and improves ourselves from their results and not start from scratch from our own attempts. So when we get sales means we are different from them. We “gain”, competitors “lose”, “Gain” + “Lose” = “Different”.
How am I going to use this ebook?
As I said I still have a lot to learn. It’ll be great to get this ebook so I can learn more but seeing that a lot others are also wanted this ebook so I like to give myself a very slim chance of getting it. But I would really want to here from you and gives me some tips about how you make yourself success today. (Maybe we can meet up one of these days).

Oh come on Alvin, that’s an easy one. Be innovative, strategic and most of all diversify. No wonder companies like Google and Amazon keep dominating. Those reasons are the above. – innovate, strategize – diversify. The 3 keys.
Well at least that’s what I’m currently trying to achieve with my online businesses.

oh my god this book has given me direction…. i managed to get my hands on one at borders (sold out elsewhere. its light and easy reading but the tips are out-of-this-world. i feel like i can conquer anything. it has given me hope and direction. guys, if u didnt win the 5 copies go get one yourself. it is priceless.
