First answer is surely traffic. i’ve tried to submit my site on all the directory found on google (first 100 results!)…i’ve tried with visit exchange…but nothing…always stuk on less then 100 per day. and adsense with this numbers is unuseful!!second problem was ads…google ads. no way to match ads with post or site content…a little frustrating
the third problem was a little different…i’ve infact decided to accept payperpost…but i’ve lost blog’s identity…

(1)Focussing on one key project. I have so many ideas and new projects to create, my energy and efforts are dissipated all over the place. I need to develop discipline and focus.
(2) I also need to learn how to properly track my results. I place articles, post to forums, use classified sites, post to my own lists, but I need to be able to determine which generates the best results.
(3) I’m an avid buyer of web programs and spend way more than I’ve been earning. I need to somehow handle the massive amounts of emails that I always receive every day, with very tempting offers.
2. What are your top 3 biggest problems when it comes to getting traffic?
(1) Knowing exactly which are the methods that generate the very best results. This relates to tracking and I need to develop a good tracking system.
(2) I also need to find out more about keyword research so I can boost my traffic this way. I know very little at the moment.
(3) I also need to focus on which of my products generate the most traffic - I have too many products.

(1) You can spend the rest of your life paying to learn and there will also be a guru keen to take your money. I’m an habitual seminar attender. I need to stop learning and focus on more doing.
(2) I’m already paying about US$200 a month on various web services and need to recoup this expense before I start spending more.
(3) I spend many hours - probably up to at least 20 a week - on web marketing. I need to develop a daily method of operation that generates the very best results.

One- I can’t really make money online because I am a Peace Corps Volunteer and Peace Corps doesn’t allow volunteers to make money via blogging (I think I can still win money from a contest though…hmmmm….).

Two- I don’t have the motivation to try to make money online right now (see one for the reason)

Three- My blog is hosted on wordpress.com, so even if I tried to monetize it, that would be difficult from there!

Way too many projects to do and not enough time, I keep saying I’m not joining anything else, but then I do over and over again.

Not knowing which projects are going to be the most profitable for me so I can apply more time to them.

Not enough time to network as much as I’d like. I belong to many forums but I don’t post daily to any of them.
