Is Making Money From Paid Review Really Worth Doing?
In case you are not aware, I have spent US$400 to have my product Atomic Blogging review by John Chow today at this blog post today. It took me about 2 weeks thinking about it before I decide to ask for a review on John’s blog.
I read through what he review and it was a really honest review but I felt John was really careful with his words and did not really say much of the value I gave in the package only in the last paragraph. I guess he really hates sales copy.. =) But anyway overall I am still happy with the review he did and now I am just waiting to see what would happen next =)
These were the reason why I choose John’s blog to get a review
- A constant blog response of 50 to 70 comments on each post
- Alexa ranking 2,462 (Which should mean lots of traffic)
I took advice from many mentor’s and I thought it was time for me to break out of my inner self and try something different. My motive for this review were two reasons only. To build popularity on my blog and my product Atomic Blogging. Based on the currently results I am seeing on stats, it can be quite promising but I wont know until 48 later when I track how many hits does this US$400 review actually managed to give me and how many of them converted to dollars and cents =)

Nice money making details. I reached your site by searching in google.
I did not click the first few because I wanted a change from other top sites which show up at the top of google.
Paid reviews can affect one bloggers credibility… honestly i hate to see blog full of paid posts…
