GatherSuccess Dec 2008 Topic Submission Exercise
In last October 2008, I did a topic submission exercise at this post and I felt you guys really benefited from it a lot from the amount of submission I got in. So i thought of doing it every month once 
This exercise is real simple and I think this is the best chance for you to ask me things that you want me to explain more in depth about. The catch is this, only the 1st 3 people who comment a topic will I write about it!
