If you have been reading my blog often, you will realize once in while I would make some grammar mistakes. Well, from today onwards that will totally change. 1. Read Out Your Text Before You Publish Your Post

For some reason if you read out the text, you will be able to proof read your content much more effectively in comparison to just reading it by itself. You also want to read out slowly so that you will not miss out any wordings in your post.

2. Use Microsoft Word To Check Basic Grammar

In the past, I always use this to check my spellings and grammar, but I found it very troublesome to handle with as sometimes when you paste the content from words to Wordpress it mixed up the wordings with it’s special formatting. Those who did this before would understand what I mean.
