How To Make Your First US$100 In 7 Days!
If you long have been testing, tweaking on stuff online for weeks or even months and saw no results so far you are not along my friend! In fact you are like what 90% of people actually face online during the first few weeks or months online!
I know your frustration and also know how it feels like to earn nothing after months of hard work. When I first started doing Internet Marketing it took me at least 6 months before I hit my first $100 or more… To help everyone to make money faster I thought I would share some insides what actually change to help boost my earnings online.
Start To Do More Then Usual
Instead of slacking everyday like what many people do everyday for their online business, I decided one day that enough is enough I got to start making some decent income. So what I did was I select one traffic tactic that I know off the most that shown me results and decided to do it 10 times the normal amount!
I tried it for the first 24 hours, there were traffic not no sales. Not loosing hope yet. I decided to be consistent and kept on doing the same thing for the few days.
It was painful, it was suffering and worst of all my parents who see me looking at the computer everyday keeps on nagging me to find a proper job! Imagine how that feels like.. haha
It was until on the 7th day I got my first sale and I realized the problem I had was not in my efforts but my style of writing to promote the link was wrong!
I was not writing to ask people to buy something, but I just realized I was too focus on getting people to get FREE STUFF. So I attracted lots of people who likes free stuff but apparently they do not like to buy stuff!
That’s Where My Pitching Fest Started
After noticing that, I decided to go through that same tactic I use always to drive traffic but this time round with a mindset that I wanted to sell them something which could help their business. Amazing the results was surprising and there were people buying my stuff!
Lesson Learnt
Do not be shy to promote your own products like mine at this link here or affiliate products you want to sell. However be caution in not over doing it =P It will back fire and cause you problems.
Also another thing I learnt from this lesson was I did not have the mindset to make the income online at that time when I first started. However, when I just did a simple change to my mindset. I do realized that results started to come! It may sound weird to you.. but HEY you got nothing to loose then convince yourself you can do it and you WILL GET IT that’s for SURE!

That is so right Alvin. I have a whole bunch of freeloaders on my list. And only a small portion of them do buy anything. However, i cannot differentiate who is who as i have to sieve through them all. Anyway, it is their loss that they are not buying products from me! haha!

I appreciate everything you said. I find the biggest problem being people that do everything to generate traffic to their sites, but don’t have anything to offer the visitors. They should work on that part first, then build the traffic.

Sounds like you learned one of the main lessons of internet marketing or any marketing for that matter. What you learned is the call to action. This is where you ask your potential customer to do something, to take some action, in your case “buy my product”. As all good salesmen know you have got to ask for the sale.
Agree with you Alvin on the part of “Start To Do More Then Usual”. In fact for some people, its even all about just taking action and doing something. Unfortunately the majority of people will continue to be “all talk and no action” types or easy quitters. Well explains the income divide, not complaining since it makes it easier for me to make my moolah.
I guess after breaking the $100 barrier, people get more excited and see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hence they are then willing to pour in more effort and this does get the ball rolling.
I cannot remember when I broke the $100 barrier. But it was probably about 3 years back. Pity that my income stagnated then as I focused on time on other stuff. Real regret, back then Ewen Chia was still not well known and still listed his Yishun HDB flat as his address. Now of course its landed property. =) With more work put in, one of my websites is currently drawing US$100-200 daily and it looks good to increase further.
Moral of the story: Take Action & Never Look Back

Heh… Alvin, here’s my 2cents.
Create a compelling offer, advertise on your blog with a super compelling ad to leech your amazing traffic.
A good offer + immediate traffic = sales and ultimately the 100usd in 7 days. My 2cents of course!
