World’s First Review Exchange Website – ReviewBack.com

Blogging has been picking up popularity the pass few months. More and more websites are trying to get into the marketplace and so are reviews. More bloggers are now more open to do reviews in exchange of getting traffic for their site.
I stumble upon this website called ReviewBack.com, it’s a review exchange marketplace where you can search for bloggers who are willing to do a exchange of reviews with you for free.
Why do you want to review others?
1. Direct traffic from the other blog to yours
2. Free word of mouth from other owners in the blogsphere
3. Get free exposure of your blog in the ReviewBack exchange (Hint: I get a lot of requests!)
4. Win Win solution for both bloggers to increase traffic
What can you do with ReviewBack.com?
1. Search for blogs in the network and request for a review exchange.
2. Do not post every post on your blog as a review as readers do not like it and you are not promoting yourself
3. Post an average one review every week to gain traffic from popular blogs in the marketplace that you can find in there.
Enjoy finding the blogs =)

Great find. I posted it on my blog at http://www.virtualmarketingblog.com/index.php/20070626/trade-blog-reviews-on-reviewback/ and I also requested a review. Any idea on how this site is going to combat fraud? Is a disclosure required when “trading” posts?
erm… because it’s free.. there is no way to ensure they will do the review but normally because of my high ranking and traffic.. i only post only those that really have did the review first before I review them back..
Which is sort of my point. There is a HUGE trust / fraud issue that is irrelevant on a site like reviewme, sponsored reviews, or now payperpost. Anyways, I think it’s a really neat site, just wish there was some better fraud detection built in.
You can always email me for feedback and updates =) I think that is possible if they included a embredded code in every review.. but it’s not easy to program that =)
Thats a great idea to implement. I understand that it’s a free site and all but part of the reason paid sites are successful is there is less of an issue with fraud. Thanks again for posting this post and directing me to a site I may not have found otherwise.
damn thats such and easy and great idea for a website, why didn’t i think of it first!
I have used the service and I was the first to post the review. You could probably agree a time for your both to post the review so you could check each other out.
I’ve used the service and written a review:

That’s a good website to get traffic from. I am going to try it as soon as possible. Thanks Alvin!
