About a few days ago I posted an article on making $100 per week with 40 minutes a day at this post here. If you have yet to do what is needed at part 1 here. Please read through that first before you proceed to part 2.
In part 1, what you just learn is actually the most important process when setting up an online business which is also known as the “start stage”. During the start stage your objective is to find out what areas are you most interested in first.
Knowing what is your most interested area is very vital before you setup any online business or choosing a niche. I remember when I first did this I actually wrote down I love to play games and start a small niche in warcraft here. That was actually my first ebook I created and I would easily create that because I was really passionate about that topic.
What you need to do next is to take whatever topic you have and start generating keywords in your niche and do a keyword research. It is recommended to generate at least about 300 types of keywords in your niche and basically find out what the demand and competition of your keywords using Wordtracker.
For example if you are in the niche of “home based business”, currently if you do the research online. You will see well over 740 searches per day by wordtracker and a competition of about 109,000,000 from Google board match.
If you are doing SEO, you will be wondering why I choose a broad match instead of a exact match? The reason I do that is because when people search online do they actually type in the quotes during the search? In many cases that I tired doing with exact match research on competition, I get really small competitions as little as 5,000 related sites. While having such wondering small number I slowly realized I wasn’t able to judge my performance better until I tried with board match competition.
To determine if a keyword is good, here are some formula you want to take note of the ratio number which is taking ( demand / competition ) * 10,000. A good keyword range would get you above 10 to get the best keywords results.
That’s so much for keyword research part, if you need a more detailed version of it you can find it in this guide. I would also like to share with you why I feel this works so well it’s because all the SEO you seen me achieved so far is based on what I just said so it’s working for me

I like following step by step instructions, but I seem to be missing something. I don’t see what will make $100 per week. 40 minutes doing what? Keyword research?
I read that you have more than 1 ebook, can you teach us how to write an ebook?
Thanks!
Hey Alvin,
Wow! That’s a huge amount of information, I think this will guide me a lot.
Thank you

Doing keyword research nowadays is hard to do, since most of the keyword is already been use, is really difficult to find any good key word phrase if you are doing niches that many people are doing like internet marketing or SEO…
[...] the last article here, you learn about the importance of keyword research and finding out what demands and competition [...]
Thanks Alvin
This is good info to put to use. Most internet marketers skip this or do not get this far in marketing effort. I am guilty of not doing the basics. This is not hard to do. Just do the basics.
