I was just back from a seminar workshop in my team, and i realized one thing in common to really be successful in what other line you are. To gather success you first need to open up yourself. Share your knowledge with people who know what you are good at.

Example, I am good at doing web pages and blogging. Many of my friends have been asking me how I did it and i realized it is becoming like a trend to be more well known by other the value of the knowledge I have.

I may not be a Millionaire, but I am for sure know much more about Information Technology then most of them. So I gather what my strong points were and work on it to gather success.

Not only did I share my knowledge but I also learnt from others who are willing to share their experience and also improve on what I am currently doing. Doing that, we are actually working together as a team for a common goal and that is to gather success the right way to where we want to be.

Here is a break down what you can do to gather success:

1. Share your knowledge with others
2. Be more proactive
3. Dare to try, dare to ask! (there is never a stupid question, always ask for help)
4. Constantly improve yourself
5. Network with people with the same interest in mind

The reason why I am saying this because, I have read so many books and seen so many successful people they all have this same thing in common as they share their knowledge with other to duplicate themselves.

To gather success it is all about duplication. The more you duplication yourself and train others the more successful you will be
