I’ve been a subscribers of your for a while now, but when you sent an email last night to do a survey for your new social site submission plugin, somehow I found myself unsubscribed to your newsletter…oops…so I had to re-subscribe again.
In the process I came across this link to download the iPhone version of your Blogger’s Handbook. As I’ve been thinking about making a couple of my own blogs iPhone compatible, I would like to know what processes you went through to put your iphone version of your ebook on iTunes and how you created your app. I know this would be a tall order for you, but if you could point me in the right direction on where to start I would greatly appreciate it.

I went to outsource it to a programmer to do it for me
Cost me quite a lot to create that app 
Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because the protocol (itms) isn’t associated with any program
