That’s US$1,221,74 (SG$1,842.26) which is great. I just realized only today Clickbank has included a new option to collect deposit from them which is the New Direct Deposit Countries Added in which are:
- Hong Kong
- India
- Singapore <== I Live Here Yeah!
They only recently added these three countries in on the 16th Dec 2008 so now I can get my money directly from Clickbank into my bank account. No more extra charges by banks to bank in the cheque which is $20 each cheque.

Hi alvin,
I’m new in afiliate.. And today i got my first cheque.
I’m malaysian and stay in singapore.
My question is how to cash the cheque? Do i need to write down my bank account number behind the clickbank cheque?
Also, can i cash it at UOB Bank? And how long it take?
Thanks in advance.
I am not too sure about malaysian banking in cheques in Singapore.. but if you have a Singapore bank account you can bank it there
and it will take about 30 days to process the cheque
Hi, I live in South Africa. Do you know when Clickbank will support SA with their Direct deposit option? I mean come on! its about time people
Good new to Singapore Internet marketers.I am sad Nigeria is not yet approved by clickbank, wonder when they are going to allow us??
That’s great news from Clickbank. Alvin…can you please help me. Clickbank request “International Routing Code”. What should I enter for POSB accounts? Thanks!
Oh this is so great! I can finally get away from the transfer fee now. Had quite a big “talk” at POSB the other time.

Hi Alvin
As the prior commentator from Sri Lanka,i have no access to Click Bank and PayPall accounts ,for my country is not listed.Click bank doesn’t allow to open account in other country,/at least i understood so in their answering a customer question/
Is it possible to open account in some other country to register PayPal and Click Bank?
Probably for second solution,i can ask my Bank for an explanation.
This issue comes to be a big problem for many to make money online.

Hi Alvin,
I am from sri lanka.(age 60+! former engineer and now IM newbie)I was browsing through the new year gifts PLR and came across your free gift of the e book. Now that i have seen your blog and am struck by the sincerity of the tone which makes me write this. I have been to singapore several times (officially) in the past and for sri lanka we considered it role model some years back.(Unfortunately we have now fallen back due our own problems).I have a special regard for singapore enterpreneurs whom I think are the most industrious i have seen.I am happy to see signs of this in your blog too.
To come to the main theme in todays blog post i am glad that 3 new asian countries are allowed by click bank for direct transfer. But we here in sri lanka are not afforded this concession either by Click bank or Pay Pal for that matter (which is frustrating to say the least).
The PayPal issue is very critical because as far as I know this is the most widely used payment transfer and collecting method on the internet marketing. In effect our entepreneurship is choked at birth.
Do you know any way out of this?

PS thanks for the gift, the blog, and the beautiful pictures of your family.
You can apply for virtual address in other countries and register using another countries address to register Paypal or Clickbank
Or you can open an overseas bank account to open an account too
I too just make the switch recently. The rate the bank charge here is really high, I hope the direct deposit will lower the administrative cost. It will be helpful when we deposit smaller accounts.
