I was just back from a small كنت للتو عائدا من صغير workshop ورشة today held in my home land Singapore. اليوم الذى عقد فى سنغافورة بيتي الارض. Unlike many days that I normally hold my seminars and previews workshop today was the most disappointed day of my life. وخلافا للعديد من الأيام أنني عادة بلدي الحلقات الدراسيه واجراء معاينه ورشة عمل اليوم هو اكثر بخيبه آمل اليوم في حياتي. It has nothing to do with students signing up but I finally realized a sad fact about my own country man. ولا علاقة له الاشتراك مع الطلاب وأخيرا ولكنني ادركت الحقيقة المحزنه عن بلدي الرجل. Before you read further and you happen to be a Singaporean please do not be offended, but I thought it would be great to share with everyone to know abit more about our culture قبل ان تقرأ وانت كذلك ان يحدث لاحد الاشخاص السنغافوريين يرجى الا يكون للاساءة ، ولكنني اعتقدت انه سيكون كبيرا على المشاركة مع الجميع لمعرفة المزيد عن abit ثقافتنا

I been doing online business and training for about 2 years and I realized in this world there are seriously lots of weird people out there on the Internet. لي به الاعمال التجارية على الانترنت والتدريب لحوالى 2 سنة وكنت أدرك في هذا العالم بشكل خطير وهناك الكثير من الناس هناك غريب على شبكة الانترنت. Here are a few experiences that I myself had encounter before. فيما يلى بعض التجارب التي انا شخصيا قبل اللقاء.

- People who insist to meet me immediately and keep calling for appointment and does not tell me what the reason for meeting -- من الناس يصر على الوفاء فورا ، ويبقى لي ان يدعو الى تعيين ولا تقولوا لي ما السبب في الاجتماع
- People who -- من الناس email البريد الالكتروني me everyday for support and insist a instant response time ( some even within 2 hours ) لي كل يوم لدعم ويصر وقت الاستجابة الفوريه أ) حتى داخل بعض 2 ساعة)
- People who come knocking my house door and ask for help -- ضرب الشعب تأتي من باب بيتي وطلب المساعدة
- People who mail me mails to ask for help -- من الناس البريد الالكتروني لي البريد لتطلب المساعدة

Well you may not feel it weird but I would stay it’s pretty scary when people invade into your own private life and I dont think anyone loves that do we بالاضافة الى انك قد لا يشعرون انه غريب ، ولكني اود ان تبقى جميلة مخيف انه عندما يكون الناس الخاصة بك الى غزو الحياة الخاصة dont وانا اعتقد ان اي شخص اننا لا يحب Anyway my main point I like to drive in this article is to share with you guys some of my experiences training people online and offline. على اي حال بلدي احب ان النقطه الاساسية لدفع في هذه المادة هو ان اشاطركم بعض رجال من بلادي الخبرات وتدريب الاشخاص على الانترنت وغير متصل.

For some of you guys may have already know, I do conducting training in Singapore and most of my students are located here. بالنسبة لبعض يا رفاق قد يكون نعلم بالفعل ، أنا أعمل على اجراء التدريب في سنغافورة ومعظم الطلاب بلدي وتقع هنا. I told myself when I first started training I very much wanted to created successful students in my course and I really do spent tons of time and effort meaning my students. قلت لنفسي انني عندما بدأت التدريب الاولي ويحدوني كبير يريد ان خلق نجاح الطلاب في بلدي وأنا بطبيعة الحال حقا طن من انفاق الوقت والجهد معنى بلادي الطلاب. Almost on every month I would at least meet my students about 2 to 3 times a month just to ensure they are still doing the work. تقريبا كل شهر على الاقل اود ان يجتمع الطلاب بلدي حوالى 2 الى 3 مرات في الشهر فقط لضمان انها لا تزال تفعل العمل.

Recently I had a few students made quite good money online and I am really sad to say I was been made used off and I was shocked to hear that I have students requesting me to pay them money just to get a في الآونة الاخيرة كان لي عدد قليل من الطلاب جيدة جدا وتقدم الاموال على الانترنت وانا فعلا من المحزن ان اقول انني وقد تم استخدامها من وصدمت للاستماع الى الطلاب ان اكون قد طلب مني ان تدفع لهم الاموال فقط للحصول على testimonial تزكية from them. منها. For all the hard work I have done to give all the support they get from me and this is what I can in return. لكل العمل الشاق الذي قمت به لإعطاء كل الدعم الذي تحصل عليه من لي وهذا هو ما استطيع في المقابل. It really sad to see this but I finally realized it’sa truth fact Singaporeans are the hardest people to satisfy in this world. ومن المحزن حقا ان نرى هذا إلا أنني أدركت أخيرا it'sa السنغافوريين الحقيقة والواقع هي أصعب لارضاء الناس في هذا العالم.

But I would not blame them because the place where I am living now is really competitive and everyone right here is simply just killing each others just to make ends meet. ولكني لن نلومهم لأن المكان الذي أعيش الآن حقا لكل فرد الحق في المنافسة وهنا هو ببساطة مجرد قتل بعضهم البعض فقط لامور معيشتهم. It’s sad but I think Singapore is not the only country that face these problems I believe other countries too ومن المحزن ولكني اعتقد ان سنغافورة ليست البلد الوحيد التي تواجه هذه المشاكل واعتقد ان البلدان الاخرى ايضا

Something in me feel really hurt that some of my students would do this to me as I ever spent hours and hours helping them but some just took it for granted. لي في شيء يضر يشعر حقا أن بعض الطلاب بلدي من شأنه ان تفعل ذلك وكما قلت لي من اي وقت مضى امضى ساعات وساعات ومساعدتهم ولكن البعض فقط يعتبر امرا مسلما به. The worst is when I ever bother to go the extra mile to plan stuff for them to do and plan but however nothing is was done! هو أسوأ من أي وقت مضى عندما كنت تهتم الى ان تتقدموا خطوة الى خطة للمادة منها ان تفعل ولكن الخطة ولكن لا شىء حدث! Maybe I spoon feed people too much I guess ربما أكون ملعقه اطعام الناس اكثر من اللازم واعتقد But I do know I have friends who train people in Indonesia are really hard working people and they do respect the trainers compared to where I am here is totally different ولكنني أعلم انني قد اصدقاء من تدريب الاشخاص في اندونيسيا هي حقا من الصعب الشعب العامل وانها تحترم فيها بالمقارنة مع المدربين وانا هنا مختلفة تماما

I hope I did not offended anyone here but just want to seek if anyone who is a trainer and is also facing this problems with your students what would you do to motivate your students to work harder for themselves to see better results in their own online business? وآمل انني لم تسىء لأي شخص هنا ولكن نريد فقط ان يسعى اي شخص اذا كان من هو المدرب وكما تواجه هذه المشاكل مع طلابك ما يمكن ان تفعله لتحفيز الطلاب على العمل بجدية اكبر لأنفسهم ان نرى نتائج افضل في الاعمال التجارية الخاصة بها على شبكة الانترنت ؟ My goal as a trainer is to create successful students but the biggest problem I am facing now, student are addicated so much into the learning but they are just plain lazy to do the work وهدفي كما المدرب الناجح هو تهيئة الطلاب ولكن المشكلة الكبرى التي تواجه الآن وأنا ، هي addicated طالب الكثير في التعلم ولكن أنها مجرد سهل كسوله لانجاز العمل
