I was just back from a small Ero appena tornato da una piccola workshop today held in my home land Singapore. tenutasi oggi a casa mia terra Singapore. Unlike many days that I normally hold my seminars and previews workshop today was the most disappointed day of my life. A differenza di molti giorni che di norma le mie seminari e workshop in anteprima oggi è stato il più deluso giorno della mia vita. It has nothing to do with students signing up but I finally realized a sad fact about my own country man. Non ha nulla a che fare con la firma studenti, ma ho finalmente realizzato un fatto triste circa il mio paese uomo. Before you read further and you happen to be a Singaporean please do not be offended, but I thought it would be great to share with everyone to know abit more about our culture Prima di leggere oltre e vi capita di essere una di Singapore si prega di non essere offesi, ma credo che sarebbe bello condividere con tutti abit sapere di più sulla nostra cultura

I been doing online business and training for about 2 years and I realized in this world there are seriously lots of weird people out there on the Internet. I state facendo in linea di attività e di formazione per circa 2 anni e mi sono reso conto in questo mondo ci sono un sacco di serio strani persone là fuori su Internet. Here are a few experiences that I myself had encounter before. Ecco alcune esperienze che io stesso ho avuto prima di incontro.

- People who insist to meet me immediately and keep calling for appointment and does not tell me what the reason for meeting -- Le persone che insistono per soddisfare immediatamente mi chiama e mantenere per la nomina e non dirmi che cosa il motivo della riunione
- People who -- Le persone che email e-mail me everyday for support and insist a instant response time ( some even within 2 hours ) mi quotidiana di sostegno e di insistere uno istantanei tempo di risposta (alcuni addirittura entro 2 ore)
- People who come knocking my house door and ask for help -- Le persone che bussano casa mia porta e chiedere aiuto
- People who mail me mails to ask for help -- Le persone che mi mail mail per chiedere aiuto

Well you may not feel it weird but I would stay it’s pretty scary when people invade into your own private life and I dont think anyone loves that do we Bene è possibile che non sembra strano ma mi permetto di soggiorno è piuttosto paura quando le persone invadere nella propria vita privata e io non credo che nessuno ama fare noi Anyway my main point I like to drive in this article is to share with you guys some of my experiences training people online and offline. Comunque il mio principale punto mi piace di guidare in questo articolo è quello di condividere con voi alcuni ragazzi del mio popolo esperienze di formazione online e offline.

For some of you guys may have already know, I do conducting training in Singapore and most of my students are located here. Per alcuni di voi ragazzi, potrebbe essere già noto, lo svolgimento di fare formazione a Singapore e la maggior parte dei miei studenti si trovano qui. I told myself when I first started training I very much wanted to created successful students in my course and I really do spent tons of time and effort meaning my students. Io stesso ho detto quando ho iniziato la formazione sono molto voluto creato studenti successo nel mio corso e ho davvero speso tonnellate di tempo e di impegno sensi miei studenti. Almost on every month I would at least meet my students about 2 to 3 times a month just to ensure they are still doing the work. Quasi ogni mese mi soddisfare perlomeno i miei studenti circa 2 a 3 volte al mese solo per assicurare che esse siano ancora facendo il lavoro.

Recently I had a few students made quite good money online and I am really sad to say I was been made used off and I was shocked to hear that I have students requesting me to pay them money just to get a Recentemente ho avuto pochi studenti fatto abbastanza buona denaro online e sono davvero triste a dire che è stato utilizzato state fatte fuori e mi ha scioccato di sentire che ho studenti mi chiedono di pagare solo loro denaro per ottenere un testimonial testimonianza from them. da loro. For all the hard work I have done to give all the support they get from me and this is what I can in return. Per tutto il lavoro che ho fatto per dare tutto il sostegno che ricevono da me e questo è quello che posso in cambio. It really sad to see this but I finally realized it’sa truth fact Singaporeans are the hardest people to satisfy in this world. E 'davvero triste vedere questo, ma ho finalmente realizzato la verità è un fatto Singaporeans sono i più duri per soddisfare le persone in questo mondo.

But I would not blame them because the place where I am living now is really competitive and everyone right here is simply just killing each others just to make ends meet. It’s sad but I think Singapore is not the only country that face these problems I believe other countries too E 'triste ma credo di Singapore non è l'unico paese che devono affrontare questi problemi credo che anche altri paesi

Something in me feel really hurt that some of my students would do this to me as I ever spent hours and hours helping them but some just took it for granted. Qualcosa in me, sento davvero male che alcuni dei miei studenti farebbero questo a me come ho sempre speso ore e ore, aiutandole ad alcuni ma appena ha preso per scontato. The worst is when I ever bother to go the extra mile to plan stuff for them to do and plan but however nothing is was done! La cosa peggiore è quando ho mai preoccuparsi di andare il miglio supplementare per pianificare roba per loro di fare e di un piano ma comunque nulla è stato fatto! Maybe I spoon feed people too much I guess Forse cucchiaio mangimi persone troppo Immagino But I do know I have friends who train people in Indonesia are really hard working people and they do respect the trainers compared to where I am here is totally different Ma so che ho amici che addestrare persone in Indonesia sono veramente duro lavoro e persone che fanno rispettare i formatori rispetto a dove mi trovo qui è completamente diverso

I hope I did not offended anyone here but just want to seek if anyone who is a trainer and is also facing this problems with your students what would you do to motivate your students to work harder for themselves to see better results in their own online business? Spero che non ho offeso nessuno, ma semplicemente si vuole cercare se qualcuno che è un allenatore ed è anche questo di fronte a problemi con i vostri studenti che cosa fare per motivare i vostri studenti a lavorare di più per se stessi per vedere risultati migliori nella loro attività on-line ? My goal as a trainer is to create successful students but the biggest problem I am facing now, student are addicated so much into the learning but they are just plain lazy to do the work Il mio obiettivo come un allenatore è quello di creare studenti di successo, ma il problema più grande sono di fronte adesso, sono studente addicated in tanto l'apprendimento ma sono semplicemente pigri per fare il lavoro
