If you have been wondering why do I always been changing some of my layout my blog, the reason is because I can actually target where I want my readers to go to with the help of this tool called CrazyEgg.

It’s a free online tracking system where it can not only track the number of visitors to your website, but it actually shows you a layout of what your viewers click and also shows a heatmap of what are your viewer’s clicking habits.

For some reason I dont know why, people actually click on the ebook cover as if they think it can be clicked =P But it a very good tool to understand your viewers.

What can you use this information for? Well lets say you want to advertise your affiliate link and you use some keywords as the link. I realized from using some keywords as a link actually creates a lot of attention to my readers =)

This heatmap diagram above is very useful to understand where your viewers like to click, from the above diagram I know that everyone who visit my website will always click the middle Adsense for some reason.

So what can I do with this information? If I want to target a banner advertisement and want lot of exposure for it you will know where to place it now with this tool =)
