Ik las door mijn e-mail (2.000+ van hen) en ik kreeg toe te laten niemand in deze wereld perfect is zelfs ik ongelukkige klanten soms ook word Ik dacht aan het delen van deze informatie aangezien ik vond het voor mensen belangrijk zou zijn die aan het creëren van digitale producten denken.

Een digitaal product dat op Clickbank wordt vermeld wordt normaal een waaier van het terugbetalingstarief van 5 tot 15% in om het even welke vorm van online product dat wordt verkocht. Er is in sommige gevallen het terugbetalingstarief wordt zo hoog aangezien 90% soms zo niet fooled door grote Gurus zijn zij veel producten verkochten maar hun terugbetalingstarieven kunnen soms eerder hoog zijn

In elk geval heb ik digitale producten meer toen 2 jaar verkocht en ik zou met u sommige binnenkant willen delen de hoogste 5 redenen waarom de producten van de mensenterugbetaling.

1. Onbekwaam om Product te downloaden

Yep de reden in de meeste gevallen dat van Nr ik de meeste mensen ervaar die hun producten terugbetalen is omdat zij niet erin geslaagd om hun product te krijgen. Probeer zo verzekeren om het downloadproces zo bedrijfszeker mogelijk te maken.

Vaakst het probleem met wat niet-het savvy mensen is zij vergat ligt op de ontvangstbewijsrekening na hun aankoop klikken te werk gaan om hun downloads te krijgen (wanneer het duidelijk wordt geschreven daar hier om klikte te werk te gaan )

2. Zij willen aan A Vrij Het exemplaar of steelt Uw Product

Yes this is another shocking reason why people refund is because they just simply purchase and within the next 2 hours they would refund it immediately just to get a free copy It’s sad to see this but time and time again I see this happen to me many times.

Some even went to the extreme thought they are really smart and sent me a complain email stating they made a purchase and did not get their downloads but after I check my invoices I realized they did not even purchase at the first place (simply put they lie that they made a purchase).

Lesson learn here is always request for a receipt number from Clickbank before you give the download details ( there are always people out there who simply lie )

3. They Are Not Free To See Your Product

I am not sure how true this is , but the no.3 reason I always get people emailing me reasons for refund is they said they got into some accident or simply they are not free to look at the product and request for a refund ( pretty strange reason huh imagine you bought a book at MPH and after 2 weeks later you felt you not free to read it you ask a for refund :P)

4. They Did Not Get What They Wanted To Learn About

In some cases, after they have read the salescopy and find out what they bought was information they have already learn before and felt the money spend was not well worth paying as it’s just duplicate content for those experienced marketers.

5. Product Is Not Of Good Quality

So far, for myself I have no complains on the quality of my products so far but this is also another possible reason why people may refund because simply put it your product is not of good quality people will not be happy about it and request for a refund.

To prevent this from happening, what I normally do is to really under promise and over deliver with tons of bonuses and content for my members to go through to help them as much as I can
