I was speaking to Carlocab recently and I thought it would be fun to start a RSS Challenge. We decided to challenge each other how much more RSS subscriptions we can increase within a month.
Here’s The Stats For Both Blogs Current:
Carlocab - 2928 Subscribers
GatherSuccess - 812 Subscribers
This challenge will start today on the 250808 and will end on 250908. The winner will be counted based on the amount been increase through out this period. Some rules we decided on was no blackhat tactics were allow, which I dont think there will be any because I dont like black hat tactics too

What Is A RSS ( Real Simple Syndication) ?
The orange logo that you see on your left is what we call a RSS button which is normally used to get subscribers to subscribe to your blog site.
Used mainly to publish a summary or all your entries in your blog to be updated to your readers via a RSS reader, it also helps you to give your readers a new medium to read your blog.
How Is RSS Important On Your Blog?
In the past, I used to only focus on getting opt-in from my blog but what I slowly realized quite late was that RSS was also another important element in blogging.
Not only does it help your readers to access your blog from RSS readers, it also been used as a tool to show your readers that you have a huge base of readers on your blog.
In some advertising networks, RSS Reader count also plays an important role to determine the price for your advertisement rates. So the higher the amount of count you have the higher you can charge for your advertisement on your blog.
Do Not Display Your RSS Count If It’s Below 100
If you have just started blogging, please do not display your RSS count number until you have reached at least 100 subscribers as you do not want to give your readers an impression there is no one reading your blog
