Όταν Sant πρώτα μετά από με ένα αντίγραφο έμεινα καταπληκτικός πραγματικά από το ποσό περιεχομένου που πρόσθεσε μέσα στο βιβλίο. Έχει ένα σύνολο 310 σελίδες στο βιβλίο που εξηγεί με μεγάλες λεπτομέρειες για το πώς μπορείτε πραγματικά outwit, outsell και να ξεπεράσετε τους μεγαλύτερους επιχειρησιακούς ανταγωνιστές σας και να εξουσιάσουν τη θέση σας αμέσως!

Λίγο περίπου ποιοι Sant Qiu is, he is an entrepreneur and highly sought-after Profit Strategist who specializes in helping small -to medium-sized businesses radically increase their profits really fast! Amoung some of his big clients which he helped to build up their brands were Adam Khoo and Dennis Wee who is a self-made millionaire entrepreneur.

So Sant really knows his stuff guys, if you really interested to know how to dominate your niche in any market regardless offline or online do get this book! I highly recommend it!

For instance, in page 183 I have learn lots of great tips where Sant shared about you can expand your circle of influence with people around and increase your brand. The most interesting part was, I know for a fact the only way you can learn this before the book was launch was only through his coaching program which people pay thousands of dollars for and now you are getting it all in just one book! I got to kill Sant for exposing so much secrets in the book.. haha.

For Thomas Fernandez, he is also someone with lots of experience in business which he is currently the Chairman and CEO of PestBusters Pte Ltd which in Singapore today is the No.1 Brand as his company has managed to dominate 95 percent of the highly competitive high-end market of the pest control industry!

In page 235 of the book Thomas reveals how he clinched a coveted major contract with a well-known 5-star hotel in Singapore, his company’s first major client, in spite of being the “unproven” newcomer in the pest control industry. He did this by using one of the strategies detailed in the book—offering a gutsy guarantee. The book also tells the reader how they can use this strategy in several different ways.

I have not really gone through the whole book to give it a really great review on it yet, but I have read about 4 chapters in the book already and what I really love about the book is how open Sant and Thomas were into sharing real secrets on how do they build up their businesses. Not only that, there are numerous examples which you can also use to follow and use for your business. Also, to make things even better, in most of the chapters there are also action steps given in the book.

The Market Place

To date, they only have 544 products listed in the marketplace which to be frank it’s not really a lot which also shows the merchant site is still pretty new. However, what I like about the marketplace which other do not have, they actually show you the best products in the marketplace with their conversion numbers you see above! As a marketer, it really important to know what’s the conversion of a product before you sell and Click2Sell knew that was important information and they actually show it on the marketplace.

So what can you do with this conversion number? Well simply you can instantly see which types of products and markets sell very well online. For instants, you can see a product called “The G-Code” has a really high conversion percentage of 12.26% which is actually really high! Which actually means out of 100 clicks to the website there were actually 12 sales which is really a lot!

The Control Panel

In the control panel, what I really like they did was they show you all the tracking information you need when you are doing affiliate marketing which is really useful. This is not a paid review, I just want to share with you guys this really great program I bought a copy myself call SpeedPPC 3.0. If you are into PPC, you should take a look at what this interesting software can do by clicking play button below.

As you can see from the video, the software actually managed to create thousands of ads with targeted ad pages on each keyword! I tried it myself and this tool that I am sharing with you now is actually my top secret tool I use for keyword research and ppc. With this tool, I was not only able to find really cheap keywords but also was able to test on various keywords on my ad campaigns.

If you are advertising using just Google Search Content network, you know it’s not really easy to get clicks on your ads. With SpeedPPC, what I did was I created about 600 keywords with 300 different type of ads. What happened later, my Adwords went crazy for the first time and I was able to spend US$90+ in one day Those who were doing PPC would know to be able to do that, you seriously need to spend lots of time creating all those ads and campaigns with each word. Alright, it’s finally in my mail box. But not just one box but two boxes because I went on to Amazon to get some books too Here’s how it looks like after I open up the US$1997 box of stuff and CDs

That’s all there is guys, 2 giant books and about 8 CDs plus a small yellow menu in it. But it does not end there, the package also comes with a online live workshop for 5 weeks which so happen today is the first lesson together with Jeff but I have no idea what time it starts as he did not mentioned it Also together in the package, was another set of 12 videos which I only saw 2 so far which is a total of 20 hours of videos to watch which was the video recording of last year’s product launch formula live workshop which people actually paid US$5,000 per person just to attend

I have not really went through the whole thing yet as I am busy planning my bangkok trip

Other Recent Happenings

On top of the big package I just received, I also have just completed a 3 day course I did at Temasek Poly where I was teaching lecturers there about what I do.

It’s really a great dream come truth to be able to teach in a polytechnic and I am truly blessed that my dreams and goals did come truth as I always wanted to be a lecturer and the interesting part was most of the lecturer I was training actually taught me during my poly days Ironic isn’t it?

A schoolmate of mine in my poly days just ask me to do a paid review about his hosting service called Vodien. It’s a localized Singapore Web Hosting company since 2002 and I remember during my younger days as a student it was just a simple site. Today, it has grown to a really established web hosting company. I thought since I will be reviewing his web host I thought I give you some tips of choosing a web host.

To be frank, this is really one of the cheapest localized Singapore Web Hosting package you can find in Singapore. Personally I like their new layout and clean layout of the site and it’s easy to navigate around the site.

There are many web host companies out there but before you go a head and choose a web host here are 4 important key points to take note when selecting a web host.

1. Allows Multi-site / Multi-domain hosting

Many people these days have more than one website, and it’s important to know especially when you want to run an online business your hosting plan must allow you to include more then 1 domain on your host. Great new is that Vodien does offer the ability for every customer to host multiple domains / multiple websites on just one single plan.

2. You Will Need Large Disk space and Good Bandwidth

When running a full time online business you want to ensure you get lots of these two things which are large disk space to store your files and lots of bandwidth. A typical web page would normally have a size about only 10kb so if you have 100s of those - that would be 1,000KB which is also 1MB.

The recommend amount of disk space you should get should always be at least 1GB of space which you can store well over 100s of pictures and web files.

For bandwidth, the recommended amount would be at least 20GB per month. Which also means that your website only allows 20GB of information to be transfered onto the internet each month. This would allow about 200,000 visitors to your site till the bandwidth quote runs out & resets every month.

For Vodien, they are pretty smart and they actually offer large disk space plans (Standard plan 2gb @ $10 per month) and it also comes with unmetered data transfer. So you guys can host all your websites with them without having to worry about hitting quotas. Here’s screen shot of the plans they have.

3. Ensure Your Hosting Plan Has Database Features To Install Scripts

If you are thinking of running a blog on wordpress, you would not want to host your website on a web host that does not give you database features. Also another thing to know, you got to ensure it also support file formats like PHP & ASP is which a really common language for web programming.

In most cases, web hosting companies will provide two versions of web hosting. One of which is a Windows based web host or a Linux based web host. From experience I would say go with the Linux based web host as it’s more stable then the Windows based and it’s less prone to viruses ( Yes even web hosting companies has viruses! ).

4. Ensure It Has Fantastico

There are many web hosting companies out there, especially those really cheap ones that do not have Fantastico provided in the plan. Having that feature is pretty important because in Fantastico bundles with over 40 over free programs you can install on your web host.

- Oscommence ( Setup Your Own Shopping Cart Site )
- OpenTicket ( Ticketing System )
and much more..

With Fastastico you really save lots of money instead of paying hundreds of dollars on scripts.

Summary

I would say Vodien has pretty reasonable rates if you are looking for a Singapore based server. However, if you have intentions to do business outside of Singapore, I would recommend using a USA based server instead as the speed download will be much faster. Overall I would still get one myself as I can used it to stream local videos so much faster!

Since the last review I wrote on a review I paid US$400 for a blog review by john here I also wrote a 16 page report on the traffic I track based on the hits I got from that blog review itself which you can download for free at this link here.

Here’s My Secret Motive!

If you went to read the blog post about The Most Painful US$400 I Ever Spend, I actually made people felt and think I actually felt painful but in fact behind the scenes I was not. Because I know if I made some comment of a popular person like someone like John Chow who has a huge fan based of people at his blog. What would you naturally do when your idol is been offended in some way? You would want to find out who did it right? And also backup your idol right? So just to let you know I did that on purpose to make the fans come over to at least take a look at what I my blog offers =)

The Review War Starts Again

So here I am again with another paid review I just did at CashQuest’s blog here. It cost me US$80 to advertise on that blog. Was it worth it? Well I will let you know in a weeks time.. =)
