In creating a product one must first plan out their sales funnel for their products. A sales funnel is basically a flow chart of things a user will go through before they download your actual product you are selling. Here’s a sample of how Atomic Blogging 3.0 sales funnel looks like

Sales Copy => One Time Offer => Capture Customer Database => Download Page => Upsell Blog Installation Service

This Will Increase Your Sales By At Least 2 Times Just Do It

There are lots of products online that do not offer a one time offer and do you know by just including a one time offer it actually helps to increase your sales by almost 2 times? I did some testing with online tracking tools and there are cases I can convert as high as 40% for the one time offer Which means for every 100 customers, 40 people will buy the one time offer

Always Generate A Customer Database

Do you know that a buyer’s list is the most important email database you will ever need in making money online? Well to be honest it’s the best type of leads. The reason is because they have already bought something from you and these people trust you enough to give you money. So they would be more willing to spend money with you in the future when you promote more products too

Keep Your Download Page Simple

You do not require a real complicated download page but just a clear and simple download page will do. Also in your download page always remember to promote your blogs so that you customers can know more about you

Upsell Anything If You Can

If you ever got a chance to view my Atomic Blogging 3.0 download page, you will also noticed right at the bottom of the page I would try to upsell my customers more services and products and I actually earn money again just by providing a value add service to paid subscribers only. That again in return can help you make more money on your backend

Alright we talk a lot of product creation in the start of the series. Now it’s time to talk more in depth into it. Yes there’s more to it then you thought

Major Rule In Launching A Product

Always complete creating your product before you start doing the sales copy, affiliate tools & finding JV partners. The reason I say this is because all these three things I just mention cannot be done without the final product been done.

Packaging Your Product

If your product is an ebook, please ensure you wrote at least 50 pages of content because at most times the value of your ebook will be determined by the number of pages you have written on it Another common mistake I realized, many ebook dont have pictures in them, so try to have some in it to make it look interesting and have a great content page too

If your product is a video, record a long tutorial video series for your customers and remember to break them into small series. For example if you recorded a 2 hour video on getting healthy. Break that 2 hour into 10 pieces of 12 minutes each video and package your video package as a 12 part video series In that way it will make your product package look more valuable ( Now you know why I have so many video parts )

If you product is a program, ensure you give lots and lots of features into your program and list every single feature there is. Even if it’s a stupid featured like a script that registers people online, you can simply say this script has a secure way to register your customers online. The reason you do that is because people who buy programs love to see a whole list of features.

Please Invest In An Ecover For Your Product

In the past, I wanted to save money I drew my own ecover books for my products. I totally regretted it till today and the reason I say that is because it did not give a real professional look to my products and it was a bad move for branding! Further more, I felt my drawing skill sucks

An average good ecover will cost you only about US$97, if you are looking for a good designer you can try out blingcovers or find some designer @ digital point forums.

Never Have Only One Download Link For Your Customers To Download Your Product

The reason, if I buy your product for let say $47 and I only see one download link to a 50 page book. What some people may think is that “hey is that it?” Here’s a quick tip to increase the value of your product.

Break your ebook into a 5 part series of at least 20 pages each and input in 5 links in your download page That will make your package looks bigger with a higher value. To top that up, you can also add in bonus products like videos and audio to make it more valuable If you cant create any, well here’s cheat code for you Go get some PLR videos or audio as a bonus

Spell Check Your Products

I know I am a real bad example for this part, but you have to try your best to spell check and make sure your ebook is as grammar free as possible. I tried my best personally and even hired professionals to do it for me but hey I can’t be perfect I still have those errors but what I can say try your best

If you do get emails from people getting angry about your grammer and spelling just reply them nicely you done your best but hey the most important thing you must make money

What I am about to share with you is basically what I do behind the scenes in launching any successful product online. I do have to give you some tips, do have a paper and pen with you to take down notes because these stuff I am about to share is the real meat

First Things First What Product To Create

There are many hot markets you can find on the Internet and there are always big demands for information that people need online. One smart way to decide such markets is Clickbank I do my product research based on Clickbank marketplace by looking at the gravity of products in the marketplace. The higher the gravity I know there is market for it

Every marketer is afraid of competition but I love it. Why? Have you ever thought of emailing your competitors and doing a joint venture with them to do a cross promotion? Well I did it many times over and it has proven to given me more sales for both of us

Back On Choosing Your Product Type

There was one mentor of mine I cant remember who, which I learn is you do not have to reinvent the wheel but all you need to do is do some reverse engineering. I came out with the idea of Atomic Blogging 3.0 based on the idea that I wanted to follow some website that was already providing similar services.

I took their concept and gave it a twist to it and called it my own However, you are not advised to duplicate the same thing as publishers will know you are copying them.

How Do You Know The Product You Create Will Be Profitable?

Well here’s the honest truth, YOU WILL NOT KNOW until launch day But if marketed correctly any product should sell every well once you did your prelaunch right getting everyone to talk about your product launch.

What Type Of Product Should You Choose To Create?

I highly recommend only digital products such as ebooks, videos, memberships & web scripts. If you can afford it, I highly recommend you create a web based membership script to help people solve some problem online that would be the ideal situation. Why? Well that is the most profitable model online

Creating Your Product

When you are brain storm ideas to create your product, always look at what current problems there are in the market. For example, I know there are lots of people interesting in making money online with blog but they do not know how. Thus the creation of Atomic Blogging 3.0

Always create your products based on what your customer needs so that they will be willing to spend money on you to learn more.

I was updating my blog and just realized that there is new released of Wordpress version 2.8! And there are quite a number of major new improvements.

Warning You Need To Backup Your Wordpress Before You Upgrade

In some cases, during any Wordpress upgrade your current plugins and themes may not function after the upgrade so do be careful when you upgrade your Wordpress. Always back your blog first before you proceed with the upgrade. You can easily backup by using the Cpanel backup feature to backup your entire website.

Sometimes the benefits of email marketing are quite different than anticipated. Most Internet marketers understand the basic concept of email marketing which is to email promotional materials to a large group of Internet users to promote an interest in your products or services.

This concept is easy for many to understand but sometimes there are added benefits to email marketing. This article will discuss the basics of email marketing and will also explain how sometimes email marketing can be much further reaching than planned. This additional reach can be either a positive or a negative depending on the quality of the original emails and the reactions of the original recipients.

Email marketing is a very simple concept which is also extremely cost effective. The general idea behind email marketing is that an email is sent to an email distribution list and these emails are intended to create an interest in the products or services offered by the originator of the email. In theory this concept could not be simpler but email marketing can get significantly more complicated.

One of the biggest complicating factors is the potential for the emails used in the marketing campaign to be viewed as spam by either the recipient of the email or the spam filter provided by the Internet service provider. This potential alone creates a major complication because Internet marketers have to make a significant effort to assure their messages are not trapped by a spam filter or immediately deleted by the recipients for appearing to be spam.

Once the email messages get through to the recipient, they have a small window of opportunity to make a positive impression on the recipients and influence him to make a purchase or at least visit the business owner’s website.

Providing quality content, keeping advertising subtle and at a minimum and providing a clear call to action are all factors which can help to get the message across and entice the potential customer to make a purchase or at least visit the website to research the products and services a little bit more.

As previously stated the goal of an email marketing campaign is to convince the email recipient to either make a purchase or visit the website to obtain more information. When an email recipient performs either one of these actions, it is considered a huge success. However, thanks to the power of the forward button email marketing can actually be much more successful than even the business owner intended.

The great aspect of email marketing is that when the email recipients receive an email which they think is worthwhile they are likely to make a purchase and may also forward the information onto a friend or family member they think might be interested in this information as well. The ability to forward email messages has become comparable satisfied customers using word of mouth to tout the quality of the products or services they received.

However, the ability to forward a worthwhile email message is exponentially more effective than using word of mouth to spread the word. With just a few clicks of the mouse, the original email recipient can forward the message to several of his friends at once. This can result in significantly better results than the business owner had originally intended with no additional effort on behalf of the business owners
