TAKE ACTION my friend. I was away at Beijing for 8 days and when I was there I learn to understand lots of things we take for granted in our everyday life and that gave me some thoughts about the things I have now. I was reading my emails (1,500 of them!) and I got a bit disturbed by some emails I got so I thought I decided to share something which will help you in the coming new year 2008.

If you are thinking of making money online, then I strongly recommend you bookmark this post and read it a few times if you do not get it. Because what I will share here WILL determine how successful you will be next year in 2008!

In any sort of money making opportunity out there, there always one common element in them and that is they all generate money for you. But the question is how MUCH do you REALLY WANT IT? Do you have the strong drive to move on? Are you willing to take risk? Are you willing to do what it takes to be successful?

In any platform of business regardless if it’s blogging, it’s much like a real business. It’s really important to understand that because having a business is unlike working for someone you will be responsible for every action you take! If you are not the type of person who is willing to take risk I strongly recommend you do not even think of doing business.

Many people start online business everyday but it’s kind of sad there are hardly not many people online who takes it seriously or are not willing to take risk to see the results. They want to buy the next best shortcut or get quick rich schemes out there or get some hype up package and dream to be rich. Some are even worst then I have encounter before they actually complain.

So what’s the different between an average guy working for someone and a very successful business man who is making lots of money? Well it’s simple we have a totally different sets of habits!

Here’s are some habits that I practice that I wish to share with you guys, if you truly want to be successful then do take the next few works to heart and remember them because it will help you make lots of money.

- LOOK AT RISK IN THE EYE AND SAY YES I WILL TAKE YOU ON
- I LOVE encountering problems because I will learn and process FASTER!
- I do not seat down on a problems and just simply complain it does not work, FIND SOLUTIONS to your problems!
- Test yourself and do something you NEVER DO BEFORE for 1 week and see how it goes
- Try if possible to put yourself in a situation you do not just want to be successful but YOU MUST BE SUCCESS!
- Never limit yourself to think small, THINK BIG!

Here’s A Picture & Great Example of A VERY Hardworking Business Man

When I first took this picture is was actually 8am in the morning in Beijing in one of roads and what you see above is a man selling sweet potato on the streets on a broken bicycle.

So why do I say this man is a great business man? For one good reason, it’s freezing -4 degree out there and if you look carefully on the photo there are about 30+ potatoes just on top of the bucket. If let’s say he managed to sell all 30 that’s only US$18 for him which is about $150 Yuan. After minus the expenses he has to pay off like spoil food and charcoal to burn the potatoes how much do you really think he can earn per day?

To make things worst, there were not just one seller there. That street you see above has about 6 other sellers there! PLUS the street he was on was not a busy street! Now I know why people always related hardworking people with China because they are truly VERY hardworking and you cannot blame them. You know why? Well it is because they DO NOT HAVE A CHOOSE, China’s population is so huge that they have a huge problem having a good education or job and result in doing their own business just to survive and have food on their table.

If you think you were worst, well just what there are many others out there which are not as fortune as us =)

Summary

So next time you think about giving up, just think of the many thousands of other people out there who is suffering and feeling all the pain just to make a few cents to make a living. If you like this post just post your comments your thoughts.

Just some new updates lately from some comments I read today about this article written by the people at PayPerPost.

Here’s one part of the article that really made be laugh

It is no coincidence that Google has gone after some blogs that utilize PayPerPost and many of our competitors services. We offer a very attractive alternative to AdSense and are leading a charge to provide real monetization for everyday bloggers. Unlike the Google AdSense black box, we are palms up when it comes to revenue share and give bloggers the lions share of advertising dollars that they deserve.

I find it laughable that high profile bloggers like TechCrunch aren’t being penalized in the same way. Perhaps it’s the fact that they use AdSense. Perhaps it’s the fact that they are silicon valley insiders and are invited to special Google events. Either way I don’t see the difference between a sponsored post in our system or this sponsored post. Both are paid for, neither use no-follow.

And there are large amount of rumors going around the blogsphere that the Page Rank that Google has, is starting to have no value in a way affect the search engine results. I can really related to that because although this blog is currently zero I still get search engine traffic from all the search engine online. So it Page Rank really that valuable now?

Just My Thoughts

Because Google has so called monopolized the whole game in search about every 10 people online ,5 people would use Google so they got quite a big market share to control what is going on the internet. And what I feel they are doing now is they are playing very hard people who use competitors services.

If you noticed my blog does not have Adsense but I am currently using other networks to earn ad space. Maybe if I start using non Google competitor’s will Google start to favor this blog.. haha. But I think they are also beginning to worry about their own Adsense model as people are earning less and less from their network and moving to other networks which gives more income in terms of getting paid per click.

A Few Signs On People Who So Far Never Get Page Rank Zero

- If you are invited to Google Events
- If you use Google’s product
- If you have a high number of RSS readers you will get Google’s favor
( There is a rumor they are adding also the number of feed readers as part of the ranking system in Google too.. hai.. I wonder when will this Google race ever end! )

Very soon any blogger who maybe not using blogger.com may not got a page rank even because I use a wordpress instead.. haha who knows =) But I feel they have big plans ahead of them especially when they launch Open Social now but if you ask me I used to be a SEO freak now I pretty much not care about it and focus on traffic generation from other ways of marketing online which I found it to be more effective.

Everyone likes to make money online, especially Internet Marketers and popular bloggers around the world. So I thought I compile some of the top 3 major myths of making money online. In hopes to help you better understand the REAL picture behind this business.

Myth No.1 - You Can Make $5,000 in 7 days

Seriously it is real and it can be done, I done it not once but 3 times! Can you do it in 7 days yourself? Well maybe not. Why? Always do the impossible to obtain the impossible!

I would strongly recommend you always push yourself to the limits of your capabilities and look far and aim high. After all who is to judge if you are capable enough?

Myth No.2 - Make Tons of Cash On Auto Pilot!

Well it’s true! You can make tons of cash on auto pilot. But the real truth is that it is not 100% auto pilot, you will need to spend maybe about 2 to 5 hour weekly to maintain it. What you mainly do every week is basically looking for more people to join your programs every week and do prizes to attract more customers.

It’s really lots of hard work to achieve auto pilot status, let say for example you want an auto income of about $1,000. I would say you need to spend at least 10 hours daily everyday to attain those results. On the average I spend about almost 5 to 10 hours daily on my online business, so it’s not as easy as it “sounds” but it does get easier and easier as you start getting results.

Myth No.3 - The New Secret Weapon To Get Traffic By The Thousands In Hours

We see all these programs very often online, especially in clickbank. Which basically tells you that if you follow the formula given you will get tons of traffic in the few days. Does it work for everyone? Well it depends how much work you put into it. What I can say that even free information you find online if you take MASSIVE ACTION on them it does work, it also applies to these get tons of traffic programs!

You will be amazed the amount of things I learn from just FREE information I find online or from reading just from article directories alone. Tactics shared online are quite unique in general so any traffic tactic out there all really do work but just that you need to focus on one method rather then tons of them to see a major effect.

Summary

Make money online is really possible but it is all possible as it all about a numbers game! That’s is why only 10% of the world get rich and 90% do not, as the 10% people will always do 10 times more productive work compared to the 90% of people.

I know this may sound shocking to you but making money online is actually like gambling. Although I never gamble in my life before but what I meant by gambling is that we take lots of risk.

I realized to be really successful online you have to take tons of risk and dare to fail before you can see real results. Just ask any expert in the market who has already made it online. They will tell you they have taken so much risk that you will be suprised what they have tired and failed so many times before they gain any success.

Taking risk is just the first step in online marketing, in order to truly make money online you will required not only the knowledge needed but experience too. Tracking and testing is key when it comes to online marketing. What ever plan you have in mind do stick to it and you will see results.

Results varies depending how much risk you have taken for your business. Frankly myself I have taken lots of risk in actually sharing all my real secrets of my success in hopes that you guys who are reading it will benefit from it and recommend my site to your friends that’s all I ask actually =)

Back then when I first started this blog, I thought it was just a hobby. Little did I know I turned my hobby blog to now a full time blogger who is activity making money from my blogs!

However like many it was not as smooth as what many experts claim that Internet Marketing can make big bucks. It took me months of testing, tweaking, trying new ideas and determination to reach to where I am today.

Along the way what made things worst, there were always be people who look down on me but that did not stop me from what I wanted to achieve. From earning nothing in the past, I now even got my mother to constantly wanting to find out what I am doing just because she starting to see my mailbox as a ATM machine =P

It’s kind of sad sometimes when even your own family members are not encouraging to you but then again I knew myself I can make it as long as I am determine to do so. It’s common that people dont believe what you do is right at first, only when they see money in will they ever realized what you did was real and profitable.

However I am still far from what I really want to achieve but everyday or the year is a new learning process for me to learn more and share more from others.

Here’s a tip if you are new, NEVER GIVE UP! Many people fail because they just give up, if you dont have a website go make one, if you dont have a product MAKE ONE! All it takes is just take action and you will see results! Never let anyone influence you that you cant do it because they do not know what you have been through so they are in no position to say you what so ever.

Plan your goals and dreams and you will get it! Always stay humble to for what you achieve and remember people who were there for you when you were no one =)

In business it always not good to work alone but to always find ways to network with others to expand your business. Just recently, my partner and I had decided to join the BarterXChange Network.

What is BarterXChange?

When you sign up with them, you will be given credits of up to 2,000 credits ( 1 credit = SGD$1.00 ). What you can do with these points is to redeem stuff in the BarterXChange network or over 6,000+ services to choose from.

The good thing about this system, if you are in business you can actually trade your products for Barter points to claim other services like printing and advertising in return. One good example how I used Barter would be using the credits to print my namecards or even do advertisements on the newspaper all on Barter.

So instead of me coming out cash, I use my products in exchange for points to claim these services. On top of the services they provide they also give us opportunities to setup booths at events.

So what we were doing there was actually to offer my course on full barter to allow others to experience about my workshop. We had 3 sits up for barter and guess what all were taken up quite fast =P

There were even food and ice cream given out in the event for free and guess what they are also on barter too! A few of us actually managed to even bought boxes of ice cream home for free at the end of the event.. keke.

Anyway another motive that I was there was not only to expose my business to others but also try to find joint venture partners or business man who are interested to work together with me.

Just look at the number of new contacts I got =)

And these contacts are not small people, they are all founders and directors of their companies. When my friends ask me how come I got so much lobang that’s because I know how to get the right people to work with me =)
